No show policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

First Missed Appointment (No-Show):
Appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a no-show fee. You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule.

Second Missed Appointment (No-Show):
After two missed appointments without appropriate notice, you are considered to have discontinued care with our office. All future appointments will be canceled.
